Matariki

We had a lot of fun on Friday for our Matariki celebrations.

Room 5 and 6  planned an exciting day for us , we played great games ,looked at fabulous art work ,learned how to create amazing flax work and ate the most delicious food.

Zebong The Storyteller

Zebong told us a funny story about his Grandad and Mark was chosen to be the shark in the story.He knew exactly what to do!

In this story Mr Emms was the horse that Mr K wanted to steal  so he could marry Mrs Ashton. It was such a crack up!



Later in the day Ronald MacDonald surprised us with a visit. He came to talk to us about keeping safe on the road.

Dress Up Day

So many different characters came to school on Friday.
